"Pac-Man for me, represents one of the most simplistic yet iconic images in the gaming history. An arcade classic that has remained relevant over several generations and is still present in current time! It was a pleasure to be a part of this campaign to pay tribute to such a brand image like Pac-Man. I'll admit that the arcade version was a bit before my time, though I do have the app version of the game on my smart phone!
My whole idea and concept behind my piece was nostalgia. I vividly remember all of the fond memories checking out artwork at various museums with my parents as a child. I wanted to depict a singular moment capturing these memories and simultaneously pay tribute to the iconic image of Pac-Man."
