'Alison Kendison'
Alison is a very quiet girl with a lot on her mind. She is a very enthusiastic, methodical, innovative, adaptable but shy person. As she got older she secluded herself from the outdoor world and would rather spend most of her time in her bedroom being creative by drawing, making music or some geeky stuff for her enjoyment. After finding a job at New Talent community charity Alison has proven herself to be a great asset to the team and organisation. She has shown her skills in music production, live music and design as well as bettering herself on her own personal endeavours. She has been shown many opportunities all which helped her build her confidence. However, due to the organisation focusing mainly on music her motivation to the job has declined. Many staff changes leaving her to hold the last pillar holding up the entire organisation on her back to keep things going. As she struggles to maintain positive throughout the situation she finds herself at the crossroads of making a critical decision. Alison’s love for the job became stale as she has nothing else to gain from it and wishes to move on chasing her dreams; to do what she likes.
